Even though hypnotherapy
has been used for over a
century now, people
still have a
misconceived image of
what it is and how it
works. There is still a
lot of education needed
to let people know of
the true life changing
potential Hypnotherapy
has.
The truth is that we are
hypnotized all the time.
All our believe systems
and behaviors are
basically running us,
the way we interact with
other people...how we
deal with certain
situations etc...
I often think I am
not using hypnotism but
rather DE-HYPNOTIZE
people in our sessions
together.
Learning
to make a change in life
- no matter how small,
has unbelievable ripple
effects in every aspect
of our lives.
Hypnotherapy is a safe
way of bypassing our
conscious mind (that's
the one that has all the
tapes running....the
thought patterns that
hold us back) and talk
directly to the
subconscious mind - in a
state of deep
relaxation, our mind
will accept suggestions
as they are -that's
where the change
happens! The hypnotic
state is completely
safe, as the client is
at all times fully aware
of what is going on
around him and what is
being said and done
during the session. The
client is also free to
stop at any time should
anything not fell
comfortable for him or
her anymore.
